Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoices.
Returns are accepted only if:
A damaged product is received.
A defective product is received.
An incorrect product is delivered.
Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.
Customized Products
As most mobile covers are custom-made or printed on demand, returns or refunds are generally not accepted for design preferences, color variations, change of mind, or incorrect model selection by the customer.
However, if the product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund after verification.
Return Request Process
Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
Clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the issue must be shared within 48 hours of delivery for verification.
Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Replacement Policy
In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Replacement orders will be processed as quickly as possible after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or personalized products (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect).
Products returned without original packaging.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
Orders where the wrong device model was selected by the customer during purchase.
